How long does the entire process take?
1 to 2 Weeks. In this time you will be getting your business name registered, your license issued, Visa approved, Emirates ID received and bank account signed.

Which is better? Mainland or Freezone license?
Both have pros and cons. However, from our experience, mainland has proven to be faster, safer, more cost effective, gives more freedom to our clients, lowers risk and better locally and internationally when it comes to operating your business.

How much income tax do I have to pay in Dubai?
You pay zero income tax in the United Arab Emirates.

Do I need to pay corporate tax?
No matter what your revenue is, you only have to pay corporate tax, if after all expenses you declare a minimum profit of 375,000 AED (about $100,000), then you pay only 9% corporate tax on that profit.

What is the VAT?
VAT is a tax on the supply of goods and services. It is only applicable for good and services sold within the GCC region. Clients and customers outside the GCC are exempt from paying the VAT from the United Arab Emirates.
